TREATMENTS

What is the difference between Microblading and Machine Method eyebrows?

The difference between microblading and machine method eyebrows isn’t always clear, it can get confusing in the world of semi-permanent makeup. Both are forms of eyebrow tattooing but are applied differently with varying results.

Microblading uses a manual hand-held tool to implant pigment into the skin like tiny hair strokes. Whereas the machine method uses a machine to deposit pigment into the upper dermal layer of the skin. Machine method treatments include hairstroke, combination and powder eyebrows.

Eyebrows

Microblading Eyebrows

Using the microblading technique with a hand-held device to create ultra natural hairstrokes. This is a very natural look, however, the results may not last as long as the machine method.

Hairstroke Eyebrows

The hairstroke eyebrow is a technique used to imitate tiny brow hairs using a very fine needle. This is perfect for those looking for a soft, more subtle brow and don’t want anything too made up.

Colour Boosts

Top up your eyebrows with colour boosts and keep your look fresh. Your first re-touch appointment is included in your original booking. If you’ve received your procedure elsewhere but require a top-up, please contact Paula.

Powder Eyebrows

Creating powder eyebrows uses a method to create a bolder brow with a hint of colour. Shading is used to give a look similar to a brow pencil.

Combination Eyebrows

This look is created by using a combination of hairstrokes and a soft powdered effect base to give you a bolder, natural effect.

Lips

Choose from either a lip liner or lip liner and blush combi. Your lips will look natural and luscious with semi-permanent makeup. The pigment shade is matched to the natural colour of your lips or your favourite lipstick and really helps define your lipline and balance your shape. A gentle blush gives your lips that extra touch while still being subtle.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Commonly referred to as 'Botox' (a brand name). Smooth muscle between the eyebrows, forehead, crows feet around the eyes, nose 'bunny' lines and smokers lines around the

lips.

Profhilo

Profhilo is an injectable stabilised hyaluronic acid-based product that’s used to improve skin elasticity. It has one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market and is not only great for hydrating and boosting the skin but is incredible for ageing and sagging issues

Eyeliner

Semi-permanent eyeliner can be applied to both the top and bottom eyelids. It can range from a subtle eyeliner enhancement to more of a made up look. Wake up in the morning feeling beautiful with your eyeliner already looking amazing, perfect for a smudge-free swim on holiday.

Facial & Lip Fillers

Using top of the range cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid filler, cheeks, nasolabial (nose to mouth) and marionettes (mouth to chin) lines can be filled and smoothed. Lips can be outlined and plumped.
